Our return policy permits 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items purchased directly from Cloudcloth for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, less any applicable shipping or insurance charges. Purchases made through third-party payment providers will be refunded in accordance with the respective provider’s policies.

Any concerns regarding an order or product must be reported immediately.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Cloudcloth reserves the right to decline any return that shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alterations.
